It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like ...

Christmas!

There are still sessions available to get a great shot (or several!) for your Christmas cards. I have dozens of new holiday card designs available this year, and I'm sure you'll find a card that you love!

I've included an overview of some the cards below, but you can browse through them in more detail here. You have nearly 130 designs to choose from.

This is probably one of my all-time favorites!

Little Miss Thang here gave me a run for my money, but I couldn't have gotten a better pic! Her brother, meanwhile, was a barrel of laughs.

This shot captures a sweet-yet-serious feel and emphasizes the family resemblance between these two. I'm really happy to have gotten this one!

Little Pumpkin

What a great moment! What a great hat!

A shout-out to all you Canadian military folks! This handsome little guy's daddy is in the Canadian military and has been stationed here in the U.S., but is heading back to Canada.

I photographed his parents before this brown-eyed bundle of joy even arrived, and now he has a little sibling on the way. Amazing how time flies! And I sure am going to miss this little one.

Hello, Bright Eyes!

I always look forward to seeing this little guy! His blue eyes are just amazing, and this shot captured a perfect curl of a smile.

He's particularly happy these days because his auntie has moved to Colorado -- welcome to Denver, Auntie!

It's October, the leaves are falling, the little ghosts and goblins are ready to come out. I want to see the Halloween pictures that YOU are taking!

Just Say "Awwww..."

How cuuuuute are these two?? Jersey and Chloe would pose all day long for treats!

These furbabies' parents were a total riot, too. They had me in stitches for two hours and their session was just a blast! Check them out:





We got some great shots at Castlewood Canyon. And I found out that Mike and I are from the same area of Texas -- hey, small world!

Smiles All Around!

Another glorious autumn shot -- with a sweet, ear-to-ear baby grin thrown in for good measure!

This was taken at one of my favorite places to shoot: Hudson Gardens. I was so glad to get a bunch of good pics with this little one; during our last session, she was sick. But this time she was in a great mood and just irresistible!

Brotherly Love -- so sweet!

This shot came out of an impromptu session on my neighbor's front lawn. Fall in Colorado just can't be beat for fantastic scenery!

These boys were just adorable. I love the closeness that this photo captures, and I know this is the kind of photo that their family will treasure for years to come!

A Walk to Remember 2009 Online Auction

A Walk to Remember is an wonderful non-profit organization that provides support for families going through the unthinkable sadness of losing a baby.

The bidding is open for their annual auction, which is being held online this year. You can check out the auction catalog and bid on a variety of items -- including a Precious Poses photo session! -- in order to support this charity. General auction information can be found here. Bidding closes at 3 p.m. MDT on October 8.

All proceeds from the fundraiser go towards providing area hospitals with care packages for families who have lost a child to miscarriage, stillbirth, neo-natal death or SIDS. A Walk to Remember also provides education to medical professionals to improvement family bereavement care at local hospitals.

This is A Walk for Remember's main fundraiser for the year, and precedes the actual walk -- which will be held Oct. 10 at Clement Park in Littleton.

Little Guy in a Tie

I just fell absolutely in love with this guy. What a sweet little man! And this shot was particularly adorable.

Fall in Golden = gorgeous

You'd never know from the sunshine, but it was 40 degrees in Golden this morning. Brrrrr! The chilly temperature didn't keep away lots of smiles, although we were wondering for awhile! :)

Fall is beautiful in Golden -- the colors, the light. I love it there this time of year.

Snuggle time

This handsome little guy was a hoot! He had no problems showing off those beautiful baby blues!

Brand new and sweet as can be!

Only three weeks old, can you believe it? This little angel was sleeping so sweetly for this shot. Just look at those tiny, perfect features -- eyes, nose, lips, and a downy little cap of hair.

I can't wait to watch her grow up!
